Meet Suzi
Hello I'm Suzi, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist offering treatments in Canterbury and Faversham. I am a gentle, caring and sensitive person, and CST continues to offer me a safe space to unravel some of the unresolved life experiences held in my body and often feels like a reset of my body and mind.
My Story
I am fascinated in our ‘human experience’– what has shaped who we are mentally, emotionally and physically? How do we hold those experiences in our physical form? What in our lives helps to keep us healthy and happy enough?
I graduated in 2015 from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in London and continue to enjoy diving deeper into the profoundness of CST through working with a variety of clients and attending post graduate trainings, and I am currently an assistant tutor on the BCST practitioner training at CircleCranio in Exeter.
As a full-time mum to three sons for several years, I discovered Craniosacral Therapy through yoga and a curiosity to support mine and my young family’s health more holistically. CST has supported a deeper connection to my emotional, mental and physical well-being and what supports me as my life continues to unfold. I continue to be fascinated and inspired by our body’s innate intelligence and ability to seek health and to heal - the subtle forces that I work with as a Craniosacral Therapist.
I am registered with the UK Craniosacral Therapy Association and adhere to their code of ethics. I am insured by Holistic Insurance Services.
